Looking for some advice from the experts.
Hi Folks,I love the passion of the AP forum and look forward to having one myself soon. I'm trying to decide between 15400 and the diver. I am a casual dresser and sporty person. My feeling is that the 15400 is classic and a lifetime watch. I do however like the heft and look of the diver greatly. I'm caught up in the mindset of do I get what I like more now or get what I think is a forever piece. (That is not to say the Diver cant be a forever piece also though). I can't get them both as I'm sure many would like to suggest.My current collection is 116610 LV, 216570 polar, patek 5711 blue, PAM 359. Hi All:After years of staying away from watches why did I think I wanted a 5513? Boredom perhaps, but I'm delighted to happen upon Rolex Forum and the generosity of participants in the Vintage Rolex section. Initially, I was surprised to find an AP adjunct and hoped to avoid temptation, but trespass seemed destined as ruin is inevitable. Thanks to bantering here I dove into my sock drawer and dug out my old RM only to have the strap break after a few days. I admit the incident, always in retrospect, was more amusing than embarrassing. While amidst the lyles, argyles and gym socks I found and decided to dust off the old ROO and take a couple of snaps to share herein.Best wishes.RC

I am in NYC for the night and finally caved to watch I've been daydreaming about since summer.I just bought a AP ROO Navy. Unfortunately it is being shipped so I cant take more pics, but I snapped one in the store. The next two days will be a long wait.

Hi all,I recently received an offer to join a technology company as a strategy manager. With this comes a signing bonus which I'd like to dedicate in part to purchasing my first Rolex.I'm in my mid-20s and looking for something that isn't too ostentatious or in-your-face, but suitable in a casual type environment.
