Appropriate attire for 44 ROO RG
Just recently acquired my first AP... the 26401 ROO 44 mm in rose gold. Having a bit of a difficult time figuring out with what I can wear this watch. I'd like to wear it all the time for the next several months and be able to show it off. I realize it's more of a sports watch... but it's so blingy... would it be acceptable to wear with a sports jacket or how about even a tuxedo? Anyway I want to wear it everywhere... so having a bit of a dilemma...
planet ocean rubber strap
hey guys. do you know where i could get a rubber band for a 42 mm planet ocean ( i think the band size is 20mm ) and for how much? i called the omega center here and it would cost more than $400, pretty expensive.I remember getting a rubber strap for an SMP at around $150 only. Please no fleabay.thanks.
Panerai Date Window
Hi,Have had my PAM 359 for 4 years now. Don't wear it a crazy amount thought. Maybe once every two weeks. I noticed yesterday that the date window doesn't flick to the next date. It starts rotating slowly around the 11 o'clock mark. This model has the Panerai in-house movement. Not sure if this is normal. I never thought it was weird until i started wearing my rolexes. That the date window snap into the next date at the 12 o'clock time mark. Should i be worried or is this right?Thank you
PAM 422 Has Arrived
Here is my new 422. I must admit it doesn't have that special something the 372 has. It's not bad though.
Should I sell...
Hello, all:Being that this is Rolexforums, I suspect I already know the answer, but...Would you sell/trade a Tudor Black Bay Noir (ETA) against a new Grand Seiko Spring Drive GMT (SBGE001 or 201)?I've been intrigued by the SBGE001 for several years, but I never had the opportunity to see one in person (closest Grand Seiko AD is 4 hours from me). However, back in November, I had tried one on at the NYC Boutique and I can't get it out of my head!I don't necessarily need to sell the BBN to finance, and the BBN has been a great watch. My only complaint is that the bracelet clasp is a bit of a hair puller, but otherwise it's been nearly perfect. The problem is that, in terms of a daily-wear rotation, I am a two-watch guy at most. My other watch is a Speedmaster Professional that will never be sold. Given that the Spring Drive GMT has the same water resistance as my BBN (and could therefore be my default water watch), I think the BBN might be rendered redundant. In fact, I think the SBGE001 c
