Very Rare Linde Werdelin Land Instrument Available On eBay Now; Awesome Data Tool
Back in December I raved about the very well-done Linde Werdelin Land Instrument. The curious watch computer was more than a futuristic digital module on your wrist. It was a senor laden array of features and important data. British Linde Werdelin created the Land Instrument to fit on top of its existing watch line, literally. The Land Instrument can be used alone, on its own watch strap, or mounted right on top of a Linde Werdelin Biformeter watch. Many claim that the Liden Werdelin Land Instrument is ahead of it's time, but I claim that if it "can be done," then do it. Linde Werdelin has done more than repackage what other computerized watch makers such as Suunto have done in a nicer and more luxurious package. The Land Instrument is actually a combination of senors and computational output. Among other things, the device has an internal compass, thermometer, altimeter, barometer, and hearth rate monitor. The idea is to measure body conditions as well as climate conditions. The Land I
ROO Diver purchase - would you?
I am new to AP. I have several Rolex, the Omega DSOTM and a Blancpain FF Bathyscaphe. Both the Omega and the BP are new, sealed watches. I am interested in purchasing the ROO Diver, model 15710ST, I series, brand new.I would need to move the DSOTM and the BP FF to purchase the AP. Unfortunately there isn't an AP dealer near me, but I do love the watch. My wrist size is 7.25 so I should be fine. I wear my Polar Exp ll (216570) most of the time, it was an anniversary gift. I am very casual, never wear suits, mostly shorts. Spend quite a bit of time in or near the water. I think the AP will fit in just fine. The question I have is would moving both of these watches for the AP be something you would consider if the right offer came along? Would you expect even deal, cash to or from the seller? Thanks again.
5167 is a chameleon
This dial is truly something else, on a sunny afternoon it's bronze yet blends in with my olive sweater. My iPhone struggles to capture the light dancing along the geosphere lines, I'll keep trying.
Pam 328
Hey guys, I am looking for feedback and thoughts on a 328. I have an opportunity to pick one up from a friend and was hoping to hear feedback from owners. Anyone give me any insight on it as well as real world street value?
Advice on the daytona face
HelloI have sold my Sub a few days ago and am now interested in a Daytona. With my Sub. I had trouble seeing the time of night and I was watching the Daytona with brown dial and I have the same problem. Do I have to completely discard the black dial at the Daytona that I'm starting to look for? Anyone who already has the model with the black dial can advise me?Thanks friends.
