44mm Anthracite Dial & 41mm RoRG
A short visit to BKK AP boutique today. The new 44mm Anthracite dial surprisingly looks even sportier than its ceramic counterpart, while the weight feels just right. While I gotta admit that I fell for the weight and feel of the 41mmRoRG more than my Jumbo, the latter still transcend in the department of the overall design balance and elegance. Thanks for looking and have a good weekend!
Breitlings inhouse movements
Came across some info on Breitlings inhouse movements and thought will post it here. For those looking for watches with non ETA inhouse movements, you now know which ones to look out for.:)Quote:
The New Speedmaster 57
I stopped by the boutique on 5th Ave today and tried it on. It's awesome. But I also tried on the DSOTM, which I absolutely loved. Now I have to decide between the two...Some pics...ImageUploadedByTapatalk1436139013.470718.jpgThe 57 looks bigger on the wrist than it actually is. I think it's the silver-colored bezel and the straight lugs. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1436139094.314414.jpg
Went for the PO...bought from Mumbai!
well....after much deliberation......I decided to go for the PO rather that the DSSD - wanted a bigger watch ...my darling Grandmother just passed away and left each Grandchild (she had 8 kids!!!) a little money..so my wife Alison thought I should put it towards a new watch and that would always be from her. I have to say the PO (black) really got my attention...and I got an absolutely fantastic deal here in India while visitingwith family....so, I am thrilled to have this beauty on my wrist. Quick shot taken with mobile here now....certainly has great presence and I love the clean dial...so thank you Nunny Ji....this will always be in my collection.here are the bad pics ... [apologies]:
