IWC Limited Edition Pilot Watches Celebrate "The Little Prince" Birthday
Lest you think that this is some tenuous tie-in to the most recent future monarch born in the UK, just note that the two watches IWC has released to commemorate "The Little Prince" are actually a tie-in to literature. While I don't myself recall ever having read "The Little Prince," by Antoine de Saint-Exupry, it is one of the best-selling books of all time. ?I mean, how many children's books from 1943 do you know of that have their own website?Given that de Saint-Exupry was an adventurer and a pilot, it only makes sense that the watches being introduced are of the aviator style. There are also those two small buttons on the left side but I don't have anything small enough to push them yet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Just a clean shot
or a valiant attempt to bring out the beauty of the sandwich dial.
116660 vs 16600
