116680 (Rolex SS Yacht-Master II) vs Diver ??
In the interest of full disclosure...I currently own a 26470or and a FC 44 Novelty. In the hopes of getting a more casual daily wear piece and not wanting to add a 3rd AP I convinced myself to get a 'classic' and purchased a SubC with date. And while I like and appreciate the piece.....it just doesn't 'do it' for me. Every time I look down at my wrist, I get a 'meh..its ok but not great' feeling, and after wearing my AP's I just can't get used to the smaller size (I have a 7.5 wrist).Soooo...I have been contemplating doing something else and am considering moving the SubC for either the 116680 Rolex SS Yacht-Master II or a Diver.Again, in the interest of full disclosure, I have had a Diver before (twice actually , the 2nd time only for a couple of days) and moved it when, unexpectedly, something came up that I was waiting for. I really did enjoy the Diver and told myself that I would reacquire it one day (still have the bracelet for it) but am hesitant to add a 3rd AP piece and am
AP freak
Love these APs. Enjoy ...ImageUploadedByTapatalk1367622954.106413.jpg

Your views on Omega Midsize Seamaster
After going though many reviews and online search, my friend narrowed down to Omega Midsize Seamaster. His wrist is small, so this might be good for him. Does anyone have any experience with this model...? Whats the actual size difference? Any pros and cons are welcome? Thanks for your input.
Railmaster update . . . a thing of beauty . . .
Well, after wearing the Railmaster for few day to let it settle in, I set the time right on the money at time.gov. I checked it a few moments ago and after five days it has lost 2 1/2 seconds. So, it looks like a -1/2 second per day chronometer. I'm very pleased with that performance. As it turned out, the one addition link I added back on January 6th was not enough. So, a few days later I added the second extra link I purchased and removed the 1/2 link segment that originally came on the watch. Thus, a total of 1 1/2 extra links were required for my 8 3/8 wrist. This guy is really growing on me . . . it's like I felt when I got my Rolex TT DJ back in '87 . . . my goodness, could this be . . . after all these years . . . could I once again be in ?
