Need suggestions! Looking for a blue dial sporty watch.
Hello all,I am scouring the earth looking for a great blue dial (preferably blue rubber strap) sport watch. I used to own an IWC Cousteau and look to find a similar watch. I had my eye on the AP offshore but found the bezel and case to be too large to wear. I recently looked at the city of sails edition but while the case fit perfectly it doesn't come with these colors. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you -T
RSC Hides Behind a Loophole
My wife's 9 month old DJ is losing 30 seconds a day. I took it to the NYC RSC and was delivered a complete shock. They told me the watch was damaged and couldn't be regulated. I would need to pay $400 for the service (discounted from $500+ because it is under warranty) plus another $130 for a new crown. This watch was NOT banged or dropped. My wife doesn't partake in activities or a lifestyle that would cause this. But RSC told me the evidence was there. One of the dots beneath the coronet on the crown was slightly flattened. Therefore, the crown was damaged and so was the timing mechanism. I can't tell you how upset I am. Has anyone had a similar experience with RSC? What did you do? Were you able to get Rolex to fix it without an astronomical cost.?Rolex touts themselves makers of these durable, tough-as-nails watches, yet this doesn't seem to be the case. It seems RSC was looking for a loophole and found one. Picture attached, although not the best quality. Plus, this flattened dot

My AD Sub Date
Hey my AD has a new black SS Sub Date...PM me and I will give you in the info if interested. All the best.
Add Sub ND now or wait a year???
Considering adding a No date Sub as sort of a daily beater type of watch. The kind of watch I wouldn't think twice about wearing fishing, or at the beach, or literally wherever. My question is, would it be smarter to wait a year, after Basel 2019, to see if Rolex upgrades the movement and makes any other changes, or is it maybe better to pick up a used one now, avoid the waiting lists, and save a few bucks potentially? What would you do???Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge using Tapatalk
