As a unique collaboration with the MIH (the Mus��e International d'Horlogerie), Zenith introduces a great new member of their Captain family of watches. With a base in-house made El Primero Chronograph movement, Zenith and the MIH have developed a special new module that adds a very legible and practical annual calendar complication to the mix. There is often a misconception that content online is either free or up for grabs. Most of us are well skilled in the art of copying and pasting, and we take its functionality for granted. Often times taking other people's content, we seldom stop to think of the implications. Tiffany 5712?
Need some advice �� interested in the 5712 as my next watch, and am considering the Tiffany stamp to further insulate value. Is this a good/plausible idea? Just called Tiffany NYC, but I don't have a relationship with them, was quoted 5-7 year waitlist, and that they were unwilling to add my name. I don't mind paying retail if it holds the value well, and would like to get your thoughts if this makes sense or if I should just do the regular 5712 since that is hard enough to get (not to mention with the 2018 price increase). Watch Test PAM312
Very fortunate today to have an opportunity to tour a Rolex repair facility. Cool stuff to see. They had this instrument that measures acoustic vibrations. You place your watch on it and it show a digital and graphical output on how your watch is performing. Many of the folks I was with tested their Rolex Subs. I was off target because I wore my Panerai 312 today. I asked if he would test mine and he did. Really nice. It was perfect!! Started out +/- 1 sec but balanced out with 0 variation. Definitely a fun morning. Just thought I would share this experience.
