Hublot Launches Aero Bang Morgan
On the anniversary of the first century of the Morgan Motor Company, Hublot has produced a special Big Bang inspired by Morgan’s AeroMax car: the Aero Bang Morgan. Jean-Claude Biver presented it in Malvern (GB), at the jubilee firm's headquarters, in the presence of Charles Morgan. The AeroMax is a limited series of 100 hand-made cars. The first 100 of Hublot’s 500 Aero Bang Morgan timepieces have been reserved for AeroMax owners. The 44.5mm ceramic and tungsten Aero Bang watch sports a Morgan logo at 9 o’clock on a skeleton dial that allows the owner to appreciate the chronograph “engine” beneath. That engine is Hublot’s HUB44 SQ automatic chronograph caliber with 252 components including 27 jewels. The movement features sandblasted bridges, black PVD screws and an oscillating weight made from tungsten carbide with a dimpled surface and a black PVD coating.In case you’re wondering what the Morgan AeroMax looks like…

Alfex Pazzola Giant Alarm Watch For Its 60th Anniversary
Alfex has been around for 60 years and you still haven't heard of them? I don't care that they are hard to find, especially in America. It is a cool brand, and this 60th anniversary piece is actually very unlike them, though it is handsome. Typically, the brand produces interesting minimalist designs. This is a more technologically inspired watch with a lot of classic elements, such as the case shape and crowns. The watch itself was designed by Marcus Eilinger, and Alfex is confident that it will become an icon. I still love mine.... BUT
So, I thought I am getting bored with my 15400. I even post a thread about it. It's too thick! It's dull, it's plain.... so I told myself. But wear it again after 3 weeks, and it suddenly grow on me by leaps and bounds. How I ever even contemplate of selling it??? Still love mine.... BUT A formidable competitor is on the horizon. It's way more proportional in every way. It seduces with it's sleeker, super-model figure. It's arguably way more iconic. Need I say more? Had my first real close-encounter today. And it's .... Rubber Strap for my SMPC
Hey guys, just bought and fitted this today. Sorry for the quality of the photo, just a quickie to show the strap.I'm very happy with it as it dresses down the Seamaster a tad which goes better with jeans etc plus I can always put the bracelet back on when needed. For those interested, the strap was bought from an Omega Boutique and is the 98000085 reference number, with Omega pin and buckle ref 94512012.
