Which Strap Goes Well With the Safari?
The Safari is sick, so I've sent her to the AP boutique in Jeddah for some TLC. So far I'm very pleased with the special care they have given me. Ahmed (the Manager) took the time to explain to me the whole process. Apparently the piece may have to be sent to Switzerland. It may take up to 4 months before she comes home. Everything is covered under warranty..Now I'm thinking of getting an extra bracelet or strap when she comes back. I've seen some pictures of the Safari on bracelet but I would love to see if the Safari also goes well with the rubber strap. Can anyone share some pictures of their Safari on rubber strap here?Much appreciated...
more info on Breitling Cockpit
Hello guys. Looking for some advise from breitling experts on this forum. I am looking to venture out to breitlings but was never able to come to terms with the big cases. My friend owns a Breitling cockpit which he bought in jan 2008 from an AD. He paid about 4K new and now wants to get rid of it. I really liked the MOP dial on this particular watch and also the fact that it is only 38mm and not so thick. What i want to know is a fair market price for this watch. If ever i want to sell it will i be able to sell it in a fair amount of time without taking a hell of a beating on the price. Please note that the watch in question is not the one in picture. The only difference is that it has a full 18k Rose gold bezel and indexes are also in 18kt rose gold. If i do end up buying it i will post pictures. Thanks

Yachtmaster decisions
Looking for my next purchase. Won't be until spring unless I get a stellar deal to get me to jump earlier. Torn between these 2 babies. The 116622 will be bought early spring. I'd need 2 more months after that to get the cash for the TT. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sea Dweller collection is growing...
Over the past year or two I have had a growing interest in the Sea Dweller. I started my Rolex collection with the 50th Anniversary Sub and thought my diver collection was complete. But over the last few years I'd read more about the history and see all the incomings and my interest grew. My first SD pickup was the SD4K. What a watch. Slightly larger than the sub but fits well on my wrist. The next pickup was the SD43. Winner winner. Absolutely love it. I never thought the DSSD was going to be a watch for me, but the technological advances in that watch drew me in. I was able to try one on a few weeks ago and the size wasn't as big as I thought it would be. Definitely thick, but fits on my wrist. Wears smaller than 44mm I think, compared to a PAM I owned a while back. Must have something to do with their crown guard and how I wear my watches. The James Cameron was the one I wanted. 3-4 folks on the lists at AD's here locally and above MSRP from the grays. I was going to be traveling th
