In 2004, TAG Heuer created the revolutionary Monaco V4 Concept Watch. Inspired by the brand's motor racing heritage (the watch's name comes from the racing-engine-like V-formation of the movement's four barrels), the V4 uses ball bearings and is belt-driven �C a totally new type of watch movement. The Monaco V4 is the first mechanical watch movement to replace traditional pinions with driving belts. The pinions of the traditional mechanical movement have been replaced with a relay of five driving belts whose tension is controlled by turnbuckles. A unique linear automatic winding system is used to reload energy. The oscillating weight which generally supplies the energy for an automatic watch has been replaced by a linear oscillating weight. RG 26320 Questions
These have really piqued my interest as of late (26320 PG). Ultimately I want to purchase a RG on bracelet - does it make sense to purchase it on a strap and buy the bracelet later (do they even come up for sale)? Or the other way around - buy the deployment and strap after? What do the deployment clasps / bracelets usually run?Finally - what is a good price to pay a 26320 on a strap or bracelet in the second hand market? I see them under $40k on a bracelet and $25Kish on a strap- what do private sales usually trade around?Sorry for all the questions! My ROO Panda is getting a little large and see no wrist time anymore- so looking to swap!

Have a Safe Trip, Omega Deville F300Hz!!
Well I just waived good-bye and wished a safe trip to my Omega Deville F300hz. Its destination? Belmont, New Hampshire!! It leaves to the health clinic To my watchmaker Denis Carignan. He's gonna do an overhaul and a nice clean up and restoration of the case. I hope it comes back in a month or so. I'm really excited for this! One of my grails has always been the F300hz Series!It left me like this... and I hope it comes back looking like new!!

Well, it was last tuesday when I fully wound my pam233.. And 10 days past since then; and it is still beating.. Keeping perfect time.. So they should have called it 10 Days instead of eight ..

Canadian Import Duties
For those Canadians who have managed to bring a Rolex in from the U.S. or elsewhere does anyone know what the import duty is (apart from GST or provincial taxes). I have been on the Govt Canada website but still can never quite figure it out. Guess I should call but I thought someone might know.
