Introducing: The Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic True Second And Universal Time (Original Video, Live Pic
Today we will be showing you two new watches. They are new in the sense that they are completely never before seen references, with not only entirely new calibers but entirely new calibers built an entirely new way. But these watches won't shock you – Jaeger-LeCoultre is too clever for that. No, these two watches are a continuation of a theme first set forth by the watchmaker's watchmaker in spring of 2014. It was then that we saw the rebirth of the Geophysic, a classical watch with a specially tuned movement that would provide amazing accuracy and durability without sacrificing elegance. Today, we take this idea two steps further. 1 OF 30 Born out of the concept that has made the original Geophysic such a collectible watch are the two pieces you will find in this story – the Jaeger-Lecoultre Geophysic True Second and Geophysic Universal Time. These watches, unlike the Geophysic 1958 from 2014, will be permanent members of the JLC collection. So, you m
Considering getting first AP (ROC) but wanted to ask some current owners...
Hi guys as stated I am really getting the itch for a 41mm ROC with white dial. I wanted to ask some current owners if it could be a daily wearer?I bought a 116610LV about 2 months ago and I really do love it however I am possibly starting a new job soon which is going to be suits 6 days a week. While I do agree the ceramic subs do go nicely with suits I think/hope the ROC will be absolutely perfect for my new job and also the weekend! My worry is picking up scratches a lot as my Rolex is incredibly robust etc My job will involve a lot of desk diving etc also do people swim/steam in them etc as when I am travelling leaving it in the gym bag is a big no no for me personally!I realise in an ideal world I would have both but I am 25 years old and would 100% have to flip the LV to get this and realistically it would be my daily wearer. I am a bit worried maybe I am jumping ahead of myself? Is the AP more of a watch to go with another that's lesser value? Any help would be hugely appreciated
sihh is a week away
any TRFer attending, so we can have pics from first hand, which new novelties are you hoping for?

Hey guys I want to first say thank you to all that have posted up such informative and helpful information for a newbie like me...I have been reading for weeks and weeks and hours and hours in hopes of making a good decision on my first Patek. The photos alone are enough to get any watch enthusiast wanting a Patek!!This morning I went to look at an Aquanaut 5167...unfortunately this model was on back order. The dealer did have the 5167/1 and it won me over right away thinking down the road I could add the rubber strap to change it up when I wanted. Long story short I traded in my SS Daytona and my SubLV towards the Aquanaut!!!Next week we will complete the transaction, but today has been a roller coaster of emotion hoping I have done the right thing. I still have one Rolex (GMT IIc), Panerai PAM 112, and a Kobold SOA in the stable (others not really worth mentioning). Anyway, the Daytona and Sub were enjoyable but not really keepers in my mind...it just feels strange knowing they will
