LG GD910 Watch 3G HSPDA Phone; Tells Time, Makes Calls, Not That Dorky
You might be thinking that this is just some gimmicky concept, or another of those skepticism filled no-name Chinese watch phones, but you'd be wrong (it is Korean, not Chinese). And it is from large manufacturer LG nonetheless, which signifies a new era for Dick Tracy wannabes. With an official announcement due at CES (the consumer electronics show) soon, the LG GD910 is a fully functional 3g (and 7.2mps HSPDA) watch phone with most of the bells and whistles in its non-wrist worn counterparts. LG calls is a "wrist phone." It even supports voice-to-text commands as well two way video conferencing. Talking on the phone is done in one of three ways. You either hold the watch phone up to your ear likewell, an idiot, use the speaker phone function, or more logically Bluetooth. I absolutely love both models but when you see pics of both you have a hard time believing that the AP is 0,2 mm thinner, as it looks, on pics much thicker to me, anyone have the same feeling about this?

Would you buy a Speedy Pro that had a dial and hands conversion to look like a Mitsukoshi? I have the opportunity to buy one and just curious what others think about it since it would be a conversion and not an original. Price would be adjusted as well. Thanks

OK ladies and gents,Picked up my Planet Ocean XL Black on Black (orange is not my thing) yesterday from my mail service just over the US border, paid my $5 fee and wore it back over in to Canada with no hassles (this is the 7th watch I have picked up like this) if any of my fellow canuck TFRers want the address for the place just PM me. Bought it from a great guy on Timezone who took very good care of it (I believe him when he says he only wore it a few times)What an excellent watch! Big, solid and tough as nails! The applied markers and Omega logo are just stunning! The crystal has anti-reflective coating and the face has the perfect pitch black colour to allow the broad arrow style hands to be seen in any lighting conditions. This watch glows like a lighthouse at night and it lasts a L-O-N-G time! It fits very comfortably on my wrist and the weight is well distributed. I can't say enough about how comfortable the Seamaster style clasps are and as sturdy as any more expensive brands.
