New Glashtte Original Senator Perpetual Calendar
Glashtte Original is offering a new version of their Senator Perpetual Calendar in red gold with a matte black dial on a rubber strap. The dial features high-contrast white Roman numerals and a white minute ring for excellent legibility. The perpetual calendar displays are clear and logical, and the oversize panorama date is a paradigm of clarity. Find wallpaper and pricing inside. The leap year display is discreet yet unambiguous. A red dot indicates a leap year, followed by white, black and yellow dots for successive years. The heart of the Senator Perpetual Calendar, visible through the sapphire glass case back, is the Glashtte Original Caliber 100-02, designed and constructed at the manufactory in Saxony. This automatic movement features a screw balance with 18 weighted gold screws and swan-neck fine adjustment. Twin barrels provide a power reserve of more than 55 hours. The reset mechanism allows easy synchronization of the second hand with a time standard. Unlike other reset me
I got the disease need help with the diagnostic JLC or AP.
Hi Guys,Not trying to double post but I did post this earlier today on the non-rolex forum section and someone suggested I post here as well.Seeking some feedback and opinions. I currently own a JLC Master Compressor Navy Seal and a JLC Master compressor chrono 2, I feel the need for some change as both of my watches are different in some aspect but also similar in others.I was thinking of parting with the Navy Seal and replace it with a AP ROO Diver. What do you guys think, am I crazy or was I just got the AP disease ?Cheers

Another "Advice for Panerai Newb" thread
Hi, I've admired Panerai for a long time from afar, but recently I'm becoming seriously interested and I think my next piece will be a Panerai. Seeing pics of the 690 really got me excited...I love everything about it except that my preference would be for a mix of brushed and polished surfaces. Here are some different things I'm looking for in my first Panerai:-44 to 47mm-sapphire crystal (preference for highly domed)-display back-seconds hand-NO date-sandwich dial-no wire lugs-at least some brushed surfaces-preference for manual wind but automatic isn't a deal breaker-preference for full 3, 6, 9, 12 dial but missing 9 isn't a deal breakerI'm open to new or preowned. I'm not sure which case size/style I prefer...I'm planning to visit a boutique to try them out on the wrist soon. The number of different models is definitely intimidating! Any advice on which models I should consider given my preferences? Some I've found so far are 127, 422, 510, 572, and 619...(and the 690 would b
111
I have the chance to get a 111 from an AD. I tried one on a year ago when on holiday and was very keen, but memory can play tricks, so would like opinions as its 200 mile drive and they won't hold without a deposit. Any views both good and not so good welcome. Is it realistic to get a discount? Extra straps maybe? Are these easy or hard to come by?Thanks in advance
