James Bond Wears Omega Watch In 007: Blood Stone Video Game
While this is not exactly a surprise, it is pretty neat. James Bond has been wearing an Omega watch for a long time (since maybe 1995). The brand was able to usurp Rolex - as was the watch chosen by Ian Flemming originally. In the upcoming James Bond 007: Blood Stone video game, the digitized version of the Daniel Craig will wear a prominent Omega Seamaster Professional Ref. 22005000 watch. It is part of the Planet Ocean collection and has a retail price of $3,950. I believe that this is the same watch he wore in one of the recent movies. Perhaps Quantum of Solace.The watch is a good look for Band (and anyone really), and is thankfully not one of the branded limited edition models made for the fact that 007 wears an Omega. The Seamsater Pro is a 45.5mm wide model and funny enough looks smaller on the digital character's wrist than it should given the size of the case. I mentioned them not too long ago when they released their newest model, the 150, but this is the first chance I've had to really experience wearing one of their watches. How big does 15400 wear?
I have my name down for a 15202, but because delivery is expected in 2019, I am debating whether I should buy a 15450 or 15400 to ease the wait in the meantime. I have wrists that are on the smaller side, and usually prefer the size 40~42 for sporty watches. The 15400 is 41mm according to official specs, but are there any comparisons to how it really wears? How does it compare to a Omega speedy (42mm) or the Rolex Explorer 2 Polar (42mm)? And same question for the 15450. 37mm officially, but I heard many people say it wears more like a 39mm Explorer. which one and why?i can get either at the same price ... i love the golden hands (loved them on my 372, but it was too big for me) on the 632 and i have mainly brown straps (from my past 002 and 061)springbars make strap changing easier ... and 100m ... are ok, too, i guess, my 210 is 100m, too.thanks for your help.
