Glashtte Original Seventies Panorama Date
Glashtte Original captures the look and feel of a decade that launched numerous design icons with the Seventies Panorama Date. Offered in steel with three dial choices, the 70s look is coupled with the latest in modern watchmaking know-how to create the ultimate time machine. Find pricing and wallpaper inside. The dial, fashioned of German silver, is available in galvanized silver, galvanized ruthenium, or blue. All three versions are shown below. The ruthenium dial offers a sunburst surface, while the silver version is matte. The blue dial features finely graded shading passing from a lighter center to a darker periphery in true 70s style.A subtle yet important design element is the concave sapphire crystal case back which offers a comfortable fit and an excellent view of the caliber 39-47 automatic movement. The well-crafted four-link metal bracelet fits the wrist very well by incorporating another modern design feature: a patented fine-adjustment system that assures perfect sizing.

Unfortunately I won't be finding one of these under the tree this year (or likely ever!), but it was a delight to try one on at the AP boutique in HK. It is a stunning combination of colours and contrasts - absolutely beautiful.
question about Omega Olympic watch
Hi allI'm new here, an have a question about the Omega Olympic watches.(wasn't able to find an answer through the searches)I've been interested in getting the Omega Men's Speedmaster Olympic Edition Automatic Chronograph Watch #3516.20.00 Saw it advertised durign the Beijing Olympics but noticed the back does not have the Beijing logo(photo borrowed from el-piloto, sorry wasn't able to find a good one elsewhere)Did any of the Omega's come with the face of the #3516.20.00 and the Beijing logo back? The only ones I've found on the Ogema site with the Beijing logo and steel case only have a black face :(
Issue with my 5167 should I care to take it to Patek?
As some of you know I bought a lovely 5167 and I love the watch.. All my other watches are locked away indefinatly.. Yesterday on the 23'rd my day was not completly in the datebox. 2/3 of it was on 23 and 1/3 still on 22. Today on the 24th it is fine again.. I am not a stickler that is going to go crazy or lose sleep over it but I also do not want it to turn into a larger problem when the watch in out of warrenty. The watch is not even 6 months old yet but I am the 2nd owner but that should not be a issue for the warrenty correct? I also do not want to be without the watch for weeks or months so what would you do? Did anyone ever notice this on there 5167?
Pam 028
Hi guys,I wanted to ask the Pam experts here, what price is a good price for a 028, the 1000 limited edition from 2009?I have it in almost new condition, just minor scratches where the screwdriver touched the case to change the straps, other than that it is spotless, full set bit and papers.I am selling it and would like to sell it in less than 10 years so would really appreciate if you could tell me what would be the optimum price, for me and for the buyer? Thanks in advance
