15450 dial color choice
Which one is your favorite dial color for 15450 and why?I would think that white would be the favorite because it gives the illusion of a bigger dial which works well with the 37 mm size. However, it seems a lot of people were waiting for the blue dial to be added.
Whats missing......chrono button ROO
Went to get in the car and go off to a rally for the day and my brother said wheres the chrono button gone my heart sank and as I turned my wrist the spring fell out. The button is nowhere to be found. So here is the story and im probably writing this post to get some reassurance from you guys. I had the watch serviced under warranty November last year as I wasn't happy with the Chronograph function. Whilst they were looking into this I mentioned the looseness off the pushers and got them to check it was in tolerance. Now upon it falling off over the weekend, I called the watch shop and told them what had happened and that id like to exercise the warranties service, 1 year further warranty. They told me it did not cover anything on the outside of the watch. My reply was I specifically mentioned the pusher be check so it should be documented on the warranty request form. They are looking into it which makes me nervous..............
New 5167A owner and new to the forum
I've been reading this forum for a while now and I'm finally excited to post now as a new 5167A owner. I just picked this up on order from my local AD. It came in fresh from Patek. As an introduction, I bought my first watch this year an IWC 3714 Portuguese. I thought that would be my first foray into watches and my last purchase for a while. But the bug has really hit me after reading these forums. I was in the hunt for a waterproof watch as I travel quite often. In April I stopped by an IWC boutique in LA and came across the Charles Darwin AT in bronze. I quickly called my AD and sourced one before my next trip. After 2 watches in 3 months I established a relationship with one of the reps at my AD. I asked her about a Lange I read about on Hodinkee that looked interesting. I came in to look at it and determined it wasn't my style. A few weeks later she texted me a picture of a 5167 that came in randomly. I fell in love immediately. I went in the next day to take a look but the piece
Bracelet Question
Join the PAM club today with a PAM 50. I noticed the deployment clasp is missing the push release button, while others PAM 50 I saw always has the push button. Are there different verdions of PAM bracelet? Mine is a C series so it is around 2000. Was the bracelet difference back then ?
