7 Modern Watches Inspired by Historical Pieces
The vintage-look trend that has been so prevalent in the watch world in recent years showed no signs of abating at last year’s Baselworld watch fair. Modern re-editions of historical pieces continue to emerge from some of the most venerable watch brands. Here are seven notable examples of “vintage-inspired” watches that launched in 2015.The Omega Globemaster the first watch to receive the brand’s “Master Chronometer” certification is technically an all-new model in the Omega portfolio, but it gets its design cues from earlier models: the pie pan dial echoes that of a vintage Omega Constellation from 1952; and the fluted bezel is derived from that of another Constellation model from 1968. The 39-mm case (available in stainless steel, yellow gold, two-tone steel and yellow gold, and Omega's proprietary Sedna gold) has a brushed finish, with two polished bevels connecting the edges of the lugs to the bezel. Playing with my Camera and my ROO
Just a few shots of my ROO 25721ST. Please excuse the big scratches on the bezel but this is almost a daily wearer and I enjoy the hell out of it. IMHO watches are meant to be worn and enjoyed. While I am extremely careful with my watches, sometimes nicks and scratches are unavoidable.

I fell in love. I know it's controversial on this board but I really love it.Sold my Rolex Milgauss to fund it and couldn't be happier.Joel
5726 vs YG SubC LN
I'm seriously considering trading my YG SubC to pick up a 5726. I'll probably need to give up my PAM 233 as well. I'm trying to find the happy place of 3 - 4 watches but for now I cannot. I can, however, justify trading some that simply don't get wrist time. Opinions are greatly appreciated. /R
Refound lost love
The title says it all For already a few months I was wearing only my Rolexes, Having been away for 15 days my watches, except BLNR, were on the safe at the bank. When I came back I only got after 1 month 2 watches, my 233K and my sub C, so it was 1,5 months without wearing a Pam.Don't know why when I got it back I didn't like it, seemed way too big and ridiculous, was even ready until today to sell the 233, but 2 hours ago, wearing the 233 since yesterday night, it struck me::: this watch is way too cool, what was wrong with me to want to sell it????So it seems I'm back in the Pam Game
