Glash��tte Original Offers New Senator Chronometer with Dark Blue Dial
The watch world’s current “Blue Period” shows no signs of waning at this year’s Baselworld, as brands continue to roll out timepieces with azure-colored dials and straps. Among the most notable new releases is a dark blue version of Glash��tte Original’s Senator Chronometer, a model launched in 2009 that has become one of the Saxon brand’s cornerstones.The Glash��tte Original Senator Chronometer, inspired by vintage marine instruments used in shipboard navigation, has earned official chronometer certification �� and hence, its reputation for timekeeping precision and reliability �� from an authorized testing institute, the German Calibration Service. The 15202ST is nice but the RG 15202 is something else
As we all know how classic the SS Jumbo is which retains so much DNA from the original A series designed by Genta. the RG jumbo on the other hand is truly something else, the blue dial executed just perfectly with rose gold. needless to say here are a couple wrist shots for you guys

Extract of the Archives...and a speedy MKII
I picked up a MKII a few weeks back, it was in great shape and I got it for an even better price. Service history was unknown, but seller agreed that if it wasn't authentic I could return it for a full refund. Long story short, I sent it off to Nesbit's for a full service and authentication. Good news it was all Omega.I also wanted to pick up an extract on it from Omega and was ready to have a friend from Germany get it for me since the Omege site says they don't ship them to the US. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they will ship stateside, but only to a residential address. If you are interested in an extract you just need to e-mail their customer service. Added bonus, they are great to work with! So now I'm curious to see if this mkII is an original racing dial or a redial. I'll get some more photos up after I get her back from Nesbit's, and let you all know the outcome of the extract once I get it in.Obligatory wrist shot
