Watches NEWS
If you have purchased a new Omega within the past several months . . .
. . . check your Pictogram card to see if you received the correct Operating Instructions. Many whose card calls for edition 11 have received the old edition 10.It appears that the only difference is that the latest edition has some PloProf specific information but if your card calls for edition 11, you may want to contact your AD for the correct manual.Fr. Does anyone know much about these Speedies
Seen one of these a while back and tried to find out some info. The case model is 144.022, 1971 ish with a moon landing case back and an 861 movement. I fired a note to watchco in OZ ages ago as they did have some NOS dial/ Bezels for this model. They said it was made in rather limited numbers but beyond that were not that helpful, anyone seen these before and know much about them?.Thank you in advanceDave
Patek pocket watch
I recently visited a friend who is also a fellow WIS , and he bust out his collection . The one piece that really caught my eye was his Patek Pocket Watch . I don't really know much about it , but I thought it would be cool to share amongst the Patek enthusiasts .ImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889853.587178.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889920.135270.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1344889936.838663.jpg

Please advise on Coke GMT Master ii cyclops magnification.
Hello all, this is my first post here. I've just bought this used GMT Master II from a reputable jewellers, with 2 year guarantee. The watch dates from 1991 but is in excellent condition and has been serviced. However, the date magnification under the cyclops seems almost non existant. I've looked at 100's of pics online but haven't seen anything as weak as this? I can return the watch but would love advise from you knowledable people. Did I buy a lemon, or am I being too picky?
