The Hublot HL08 watch has been issued as a limited series of 88 items
The Hublot HL08 watch has been issued as a limited series of 88 items. The technical treasures of the remarkable timekeeper are housed in a polished 18K white gold case, which features the dimensions of 43.5 mm x 37 mm. On the dial side it reveals a sapphire crystal with chamfered corners. The watch case is submersible to 30 meters. The watch exposes a black opaline dial. It features an intermediary plate with skeleton segments divided into separate 10-minutes zones, hour and seconds frames. The most striking element of the dial is the jumping-hour disc in tinted semi-opaque mineral glass. It is kept company by a black small seconds disc.
ROO steel bracelet
I have seen pictures of ROOs with steel bracelets on models which were only available from (Authorised) dealers with a leather strap, and I have a few questions about possibly doing this to my watch...-I believe the ROO steel bracelets are larger and thicker than regular RO bracelets so a normal RO bracelet would not fit?-is it possible to buy a steel bracelet from an AD or does my watch need to be sent to AP? If the 2nd, do they keep the leather strap?-what is the approximate cost. Thanks in advance.
Anyone Seen a Dial Like This?
I am sure it is probably quite common but I could only find the black dial Speedmaster Mk.IV when searching. Anyone got one like this.... (in fact, were there any other dial variations?)
Ordering exotic straps from OCONUS
Greetings all,I apologize if this question has been asked. I am interested in purchasing some exotic straps (gator, etc) from overseas and had a few questions I'm hoping some of the experts can help me on..1. Will the exotic straps make it thru US customs? If not, I'll just order CONUS.2. If I purchase exotic straps, am I contributing to the demise of any endangered species, if so then forget question 1. Leather it is.thanks for your help.Joe
