Ulysse Nardin Freak Diavolo Rolf 75 is limited to 75 pieces
Limited to 75 pieces worldwide, Diavolo Rolf 75 Freak is made of Platinum and comes with the signature of Schnyder on the case. It has a reserve of power, already eight days and as the original Freak (launched in 2001), its tourbillon carousel has no real dial, the Crown or the hands. Rather the shows can be wound by turning the lower bezel, and time can be adjusted by turning the upper window.
Re : Ceramic Diver - Macro Shots
Took some of these shots yesterday to showcase the finishing on the Ceramic Diver case and movement. Just want to share it here. All taken with only a clip-on macro lens and a Samsung Note3
New Equation of Time - Well I did It!
So, this was the quickest big decision I've ever made! Traded my RGGP + 2,500 for a brand new Equation of Time. It wears wonderfully, very light. I miss my grand prix, but think I'll eventually replace it with a 44mm RG. Thanks to all for the advice!
Air King - Glad this made it to my collection
While I have heard of this Rolex model before, I have always thought it to be the earlier versions 34mm. And so when I was offered one, I decided to pass on. But the curiosity side of me said that I should check this watch, and there only did I realize that it was a different Air King version after all that escaped my notice because of probably the Daytona mania of Baselworld 2016.Fast forward today, I'm glad to be able to finally land this piece. To be honest, I just can't resist the quirkiness of this watch. Yellow, Green, White, Black seldom do you see this mix of color on a Rolex. More so, the busy dial with lots of numerals in different fonts - applied and printed, white gold and just plain white, luminosity and non-luminosity, a Milgauss-like case and anti-magnetic properties with the Explorer 1 indices at 3-6-9 and Mercedes hands, with a combo of Milgauss/Explorer 1 bracelet... indeed lots of things going on with this watch. No wonder this watch can attract strong reaction
Still loving my Explorer II 16570
After about a month I am still loving my black EXP II. Heading into the holiday week with it. To me it really speaks to the toolish luxury aspect of the brand, and every time I look at it it's a breath of fresh air against the current craziness around the hotter SS models. Favorite Rolex so far.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
