The end of the journey!
Been through a crazy couple of years, owned and sold a bunch of watches, moved to AP but still felt restless. After some agonizing about it, decided to sell everything (almost down to my soul) and consolidate into what a friend called a pinnacle piece ... one that can be a faithful companion for many many years while keeping me a one watch guy, which has been my goal for a while. Omega SMP winding issue normal?
Hello, long time lurker, first time poster. I have an Omega SMP that I bought new from an AD 2 years ago. It is the most recent before the ceramic.Anyway, I don't wind the watch too often and when I do I am always gentle and slow so as not to damage it. Today I set the time and then went to wind the watch a few times. After each counter clockwise winding turn, the stem turns back at me about a quarter turn when I let go. I do not remember this ever happening. Is it normal for the crown to spin back toward me a bit with each wind?Thanks guys.

Hi Again. My 2nd photo session today and the new Speedmaster Cal 9300. This watch was so difficult to in get hold off, I had it on order since the summer and only got it around 2 weeks ago, but Omega Customer Care pulled through eventually.
