Porsche Design Indicator Watch is readable
Originally, the watch Crown should resemble a wheel with tires on it. But held back.The Porsche Design Indicator watch is out a few years earlier at the time where the Porsche Carrera GT supercar is out. It was supposed to be a companion piece. The rubber on the watch strap has a tire design of bearing inside which was supposed to be tread tire of the Carrera GT wheels. A super Chronograph, accompanying a super car. The idea was that it is ultra easy to read while driving a car very fast.Eterna really surpassed themselves with this piece. Easily among their list of masterpieces. I felt really lucky to be a check out the shows, and I thank Eterna for this. Are there watches more like that? Probably, but probably not in the foreseeable future. With the slowdown of the economy, the demand for watches, as this is much lower. Laser welding Rose gold possible?
Hey guy, I've been told by so many watch dealer as I've been consulting them on getting a novelty rg. People tell me that rg watch or any gold watch cant be laser welded so if there's a deep scratch I'm screwed. Is this true ? Anyone know or have any experience? He said this is the very reason gold watch price drop more than steel watch as well which if that's the case it make sense. Btw I've been offer a 26401j series 2016 the condition was used with slight scratches. The seller knows me and knowing I want one he send the watch to buff off the light scratches so it look nicer which ruin it for me what's ur thought on that? 305 vs 389
So I'm seriously wanting a 389 and currently own a 305.Looking for some outside feedback on both models.Would probably flip the the 305 if I go for the 389.Both 47mm titanium Subs.305: all titanium, sapphire caseback, dot hour markers..389: titanium case with ceramic inlay bezel, solid Ti caseback, hash hour markers, antimagnetic.Opinions appreciated.....
