AP RO as a daily driver
Hello all,I have always been into vintage Rolexes and Omegas. Never considered a AP until now. However the Royal Oak has been growing on me every time I see it. I have heard though, that they are not as robust as, say, a Sub for daily wear. Combine that with the fact that service cost for an AP is much higher than what RSC charges (which is already thievery IMO), I am interested to know what you as owners of the RO feel. I am looking at the 15300 or even the 14790. My wrists are 6.75 and I also tend to gravitate towards smaller watches.
New Speedy Pro
I added this to the collection today. I like that it has a vintage look and the design was introduced to the world the same year I was. A birth year watch, brand spanking new.
Blue milgauss
is the blue milgauss an allocated piece?is it a model that holds its value like a sub or gmt?just saw one in the wild and im intrigued
18k rolex oysterquartz help :)
Hi everyone, recently purchased this beautiful oysterquartz daydate. I was wondering if anyone knew of any reputable servicers in the uk? If not does anyone have a price list for a rolex service? Also the bracelet is in great condition but would like to know of any restorers of the 18ct bracelet and average prices for the restoration? Thanks everyone.Ps. I hope you like my timepiece :) any comments positive or negative are welcomed. Thanks again
Sub 116610 bezel problems??
Hi I’ve heard of some alignment issue with regards to the bezel on the sub, that it gives slightly and moves back clockwise slightly once rotated. Also that some bezels arnt perfectly aligned with the Rolex sign at the 12 o’clock position? Has anyone had this issue? Thanks
