Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph Watch, Slipping To The Future
When I first read about the new Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph, I for some reason had the refrain of "Time keeps on slipping, slipping, slippinginto the future" pop into my head. Is this new Ball the future of chronographs? Well, time will tell. For now, though, it definitely is an intriguing iteration. If you were only to look at the dial of the new Ball Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph, you would have no problem identifying it as a chronograph: it has a traditional "tri-compax" layout with the 30-minute register up top, running seconds at 9, 12-hour register at the bottom, and a tachymeter scale around the outside. When you look to the side of the almost 48?mm case and see no pushers surrounding the crownthen you begin to question your assumptions.Slide In Its Neutral PositionOf course, a brand like Ball is not going to play games to give the appearance of a chronograph while actually tucking other functionality in;?so, how do you engage the chronograph? A Versace watch could serve you a lifetime
A Versace watch could serve you a lifetime, but it needs to be cared well. Wherever you stay, try and locate your nearest center for repairing Versace watch. Even if your watch is working perfectly, it is to be taken for servicing after every three or four years. Every servicing is backed by a warranty of a definite period. Once serviced your Versace would never trouble for the next few years.
Hands-On: A Critical Comparison Of The Seiko Eichi II, Laurent Ferrier Galet Micro-Rotor, And Philip
Seiko is associated primarily with a wide range of moderately priced and reliable watches, but surprisingly, the watchmaking division operates within the diversified conglomerate Seiko Group, whose many specialties include upscale department stores, printers, semiconductors, machine tools, and of course, watches. Seiko has deep roots in timekeeping – founder Kintaro Hattori started to produce clocks in 1892 under the name Seikosha, and in 1969, almost swept the Swiss watchmaking industry off its feet with the introduction of Astron, the first commercial quartz watch. The brand has an enthusiastic collector base and an unparalleled breadth in the lineup that stretches from mainstream quartz to haute-horlogerie, something that is unique in the watchmaking industry, and a depth that is surprising given the wide spectrum of businesses the parent company is involved in.Seikosha translates to “House of Exquisite Workmanship,” and Seiko’s high-end Credor line takes thi
Perfect Complement to 5711?
I wear a blue dial 5711 as my daily and absolutely love it. It is also my only watch but I'm now looking to add another one. Below are some watches I've seen that I like but would appreciate your suggestions as I'm open to others! I generally prefer cleaner dials and I dress business casual for work. Budget is about $15k ish:--Calatrava (open to suggestions as to which model)--Rolex BLNR--Vintage Rolex (1675, red sub)--Any other suggestions? Thanks!
Wotancraft
Just got my new Wotancraft 74 strap (courtesy of Travis). Very soft and very retro. The GPF - Mod Dep really adds to the illusion of a 6152/1!
