de GRISOGONO Power Breaker Chronograph N08 Watch Available On James List
In my opinion de GRISOGONO is a pretty interesting and yet under represented brand (at least in the US). I am not familiar with their entire collection, but some of the stuff is interesting. A watch that epitomizes their sport piece collection is the oddly named "Power Breaker." In gold, it has a name that sounds like a piece of construction equipment. That or a WWE wrestler.A lot of this stuff just slips through the cracks. This "N08" Power Breaker Chronograph watch actually came out last year. In 18k rose gold, the case issquarish and so GRISOGONO. What does de GRISOGONO even mean? I love the watch strap. Looks like part of a Stillsuit the "Fremen" wore on Arrakis in Dune. You fellow nerds know exactly what I am talking about. Though I could easily like without the "Power Breaker" logo on the side of the rubber strap. Sounds like something that would be applied in purple lightning graphics on the side of a souped-up Dodge Ram pickup truck.Wait a minute, de GRISOGONO is thinking along

4910/54R-001, Ladies' Twenty~44910/53G-001Ladies' Twenty~4(Info and images - Patek Philippe SA)A watch for all occasions. Patek Philippe's lady’s Twenty~4? wristwatch launched in 1999 is a modern interpretation of the Gondolo timepiece. It was created for the refined, active woman of today who seeks a watch that reflects her style and may be worn on all occasions. Each model reflects perfection in craftsmanship, and the curved silhouette of the case is a loving caress for the feminine wrist. Whether in cool steel, warm rose gold, or noble white gold, each model radiates the incomparably fiery splendor of Top Wesselton diamonds that adorn the bezel, the case, and/or the bracelet. The crown of each Twenty~4? is studded with an onyx or a diamond solitaire. The gold collection includes precious small-size models and breathtaking pieces of high jewellery. A line of Twenty~4? rings and earrings echo the watch's collection, forming a sophisticated ensemble that will compliment every tas

I was wondering what value this watch has. It is 27/50. Says not for sale on the baok as well. I did find there was a 500 limited run but this is not one of them. Any ideas as to value on such a small run of 50 timepieces ?
My thoughts on Rolex Supply Issues...
In macroeconomics in college, they teach about supply and demand. As a business, it is your duty to find what is called equilibrium so that your production and demand are such that there is not an over supply which will reduce market value and that you are able to supply enough to meet the market demand so that interest doesn't fade.If one had to choose the best side (lesser of two evils), it is better for a luxury brand to err on the side of reducing supply. You are also taught that if you build something (let's say watches), and those watches cost X amount and your operating costs are Y amount, then if you build one watch, you need to sell that watch for the production cost plus the operating costs plus build in a margin. If you don't do it that way, then you will lose money and your business model will fail.Knowing these things, it is my opinion that due to the recent years reports about Swiss Watch exports trending downward and Richemont and Swatch Group buying back inventory, that
Will this request 'gain traction' on here?
Can we all start using the Rolex model names instead of the ref #'s ??This drives me crazy, do I need to make myself a cheat sheet....
