Advice needed for Breitling Purchase....
Considering a Breitling Bentley 6.75 s/s Bronze Havana Dial - 48mm Ref. # A44362 with brown croc. strap.Purchase will be from a private dealer, watch is new with tags, boxes & papers. Msrp - $8440, can potentially buy for mid $5k's.Have seen the watch previously at an AD, the metallic bronze dial looks incredible and with the brown croc. strap offset with the white stitching, IMO, the watch is stunning.Never owned a Breitling before - any thing to be aware of with this particular model? how is the residual value, for what I can purchase it for is that a fair market price? I have a 71/2 wrist, so even though it is a 48mm fitment will not be an issue. I would sincerely welcome any thoughts, advise or guidance.Kind regards.
PO 8500 45mm on Leather
Just installed my Hirsch curved leather strap on my fairly new PO 8500. Decided to get a simple black strap to make the case, dial, etc stand out even more. The combination of the soft leather, curved ends, reduced weight and not having to worry about scratching the bracelet makes it really comfortable to wear. Love it.
This was back in late 2011...
Spotted this while browsing the internets. Just in case you were looking for a way to spiff up your Patek. (I actually think it doesn't look half bad.)
Help with next Rolex?
Hey guys. Currently have the 16600 SD. Looking to add another to my collection. I have a modest $4,500 US to spend in the pre owned market. I was leaning toward a 5 digit sport model like the 16570, or a modern dress model like the OP rhodium. Was debating selling the SD and buying the BLNR with the extra dough, but something keeps telling me to hold onto it..Any suggestions in that price range would be fantastic!
