My AP ROO Panda G Series Chronographs Aren't Working?
Hi Everyone,Just purchased my first expensive chronograph watch and am very excited about it. It's an Audemars Piguet ROO Panda G series, used but in great condition. One thing I noticed though was that when I pressed the top and bottom button but it had no effect on the chronograph. The top was supposed to start and bottom reset...The watch was kept in a winder and it's working correctly... Just not the chronograph.Any help is appreciated!
Special occasion...first PP
Just a quick and dirty pic of my recent purchase with which I am truly thrilled and still now cannot believe I own. It is such a beautiful and elegant piece, it's impact being felt so much more in the flesh than in pictures for which it still looks pretty good! I know there's been quite a lot discussion lately about the 5170G and comparison made with the 5070 (which I also considered), but for me this watch is the perfect size on the wrist, the 5070 being just a little too large imo, something potential buyers should really consider if you too like me might be considering both watches.I would like to thank our resident forum member Ken for some really good advice prior to purchase, cheers again![i78.photobucket/albums/j1...psevsj12gi.jpg
2018 Basel ....Pepsi GMT Jubilee SS (not Coke)
I know that the general consensus or at least the most talked about potential release this year is the Coke bezel GMT on a jubilee bracelet. However, I will put this out there that it will be a Pepsi GMT on jubilee bracelet (SS). My reasons are as follows:WG Pepsi GMT discontinued so keeping Pepsi GMT in the line up would be okNew Pepsi GMT will be on jubilee so it won't piss off current owners who bought WG on a oyster bracelet for $$$. Rolex will also make it so that owners can't just swap out a jubilee for oyster bracelet (using Sub or BLNR bracelet) because Rolex will alter the case dimensions slightly due to new movement. Therefore you won't be able to make you new Pepsi GMT look like a WG Pepsi GMT.Extend the life of the Pepsi bezel and recoup more R&D costs because it's only been out since 2014. Why stop Pepsi GMT after a few years. They can still sell boatloads of Pepsi because WG priced normal people out of the market. They can run with Pepsi GMT for another 5-6 years
Zenith Daytona 16520 (Box and Papers)
WOW!!! I have noticed Prices without Box and Papers 15K-17K but with Box and Papers 25K or more. WOW!!! 8K-10K difference, Now that's a lot of money for original Box and Papers.
