AP In House Chrono
Hello all, been super busy, so excuse me if we've discussed this previously.Has there been any talk of AP releasing their own chrono movement (other than simple forum chatter)? With so many other companies shying away from utilizing anything other than 'in house', it seems AP would follow suit. I'm very curious if this is a possibility in the next year or two as I'm strongly considering a 15400 purchase. However, I would actually prefer a 42mm ROO if they changed to in house movements. Call me snobby, but I just dislike the idea of dropping so much $ on a watch without in house.Thoughts?
COSC Certificate for Railmaster on its way . . .
The charge on my American Express card just showed up online (even though the Omega put it through on January 29th) for the COSC Certificate on my 36.2mm Railmaster. The CHF 50 hit my account as USD 48.47. I'm a box, papers, etc. kind of guy, so I just had to order more paper.
Rose gold versus steel.
Prferencs please ? Can you help my justify thr need to own both. Thanks.
36mm or 41mm
Of course this is a Datejust question.Which do you think looks better the Datejust 36 or the Datejust 41 (Keep in mind I am over 6ft tall)? The 41The 36
How do you fund your Rolex
Hello all, i am not sure if this topic has yet been discussed. Let's be real, an average rolex (brand new or used) starts at $5,000, and some newer and more popular models cost $10k+. I am curious how an average person buy a rolex because with mortgage, car payment, family and kids, how do you manage to save up to buy a rolex and what do you do for living? Thanks
