Newbie question for ROO
Does AP sell a RG bracelet for the RG 44mm ROO? I like the fact that for just by adding a bracelet, I could do curls in between patients.
PO 2500 on a NATO strap
I tried on a planet ocean 2500 with a really thick but comfortable NATO strap. It was such a comfortable fit for me, as most Omega divers are just too big for me. Does anyone else believe that the PO 2500 will become as, or near as popular as the speedmaster Moonwatches...This watch was not for sale, which made me want it even more, I believe...How about some photos of the PO 2500 on any strap...
On The New SS Pepsi List But...
Hello AllJust spoke to my preferred AD.Your on the list......BUT this is going to be as in demand as the Daytona, the wait will be VERY VERY long. Damn those guys have a really professional way of tell you that your screwed!Any of you have a similar experience?A Youtube watch personality that many of us know used to work at an AD and mentioned they would have a safe full of Daytonas and would not sell them people that were not preferred customers (people who have spent lots of money with that AD).The reality is if you are not a repeat preferred customer then your pretty much screwed. At this point I feel this is really a special treat watch only available at retail for very good customers or gray market scalpers (they pay a lot of money too).I guess the reality of this sinking in kind of sucks but then again this is a first world problem and i should just get over it and look at something else....besides I have my Batman and other trinkets to occupy the space on my wrist:)I do look f
Got the Sub-C! Interesting bracelet & clasp adjustment
Hey folks,I have a separate thread about my new Sub-C that just landed today. I am pretty stoked about it in genereal. One thing I had not anticipated is how long it is taking me to get the bracelet links and glide lock clasp set up perfectly. I have a forum friend with basically the same size wrist (we owned the same watch with no adjustment needed) and he told me his Sub-C was set up with 4 links on the 6:00 side and 5 links on the 12:00 side. So this is what I did and it was not quite right. So then I went to 3.5 on the 6:00 side. Still not right. Down to 3 on the 6:00 side. Much better and allowed the clasp to center with some room to wiggle on either side of the adjustment area. After wearing it like this for a few hours, it was too short on the 6:00 side, so I took one link from the other side and swapped it over, for an even 4 links on each side. This seems to be the perfect setup for my wrist. I can get a more comfortable fit on this bracelet than previous Rolex bracelet
