SIHH: Montblanc Vintage Chronographe
Montblanc adds a new member to the Collection Villeret 1858 family with a beautiful modern re-interpretation called simply the Vintage Chronographe. This classically elegant piece features a grand feu enamel dial and a hand-finished MBM caliber 16.29 column-wheel movement. The dial is created by heating a solid gold disk in a kiln to a temperature of about 800 degrees Celsius, fusing it to a layer of vitreous molten enamel. Diver Rubber
A week or two ago I picked up an AP Bands nice matte black crock strap for my diver. It was great and I loved the change in look, no regrets, but I just switched back to the rubber strap. Why?It is just so amazingly comfortable!! Nothing else like it. I also missed the two channel lines coming off the links at the head of the watch. Subtle, not noticeable when you are used to it, but the detail is missed when its not there. Love my diver
