Audemars Piguet Service Centre in Australia?
Hi AP proud owners,Since AP doesn't have a direct presence in Australia. Does anyone in AU know whether any AP watch service will be done within Australia by AP authorised service centre or sent to overseas service centre?

Nautilus advice please
Morning world. I am only a few days into owning the 5712 and I am amazed with it. Absolutely beautiful. I just wanted advice on the bracelet from other owners please. I have previously favoured Rolex sports watches, the glidelock and old GMT straps are perfect as I get hot in the house and then cold when out in the English weather. I got the strap sized at the AD fairly tight thinking I was very hot, but in the house or office it still seems quite tight and the crown tends to irritate a little. Shall I get a link added back in or I believe they do a 1.5 or 1.25? It's just the AD is a good 2 hours away so not in the doorstep. When my wrist is normal it seems perfect but if I say do a press up position with my wrist the crown digs in and it does seem to nip my hairy wrist quite a bit. Thanks in advance. Andy. Cheapest place to buy Lange/Patek (USA/Aust/Hong Kong/Europe)
Hi all Just wondering what would be the cheapest place to buy a brand new A.Lange or Patek. I am doing a round the world trip next year so will be visiting a few places in Europe, LA and NYC. Will visit Hong Kong or Singapore if I have to as well Prices in Australia are pretty high, but so is the Australian Dollar so it might be worthwhile purchasing overseas. Currently: 1 AUD = 0.7558 Euro 1 AUD = 0.9957 USD 1 AUD = 7.742 HKD 1 AUD = 0.6403 GBP Unfortunately I do not have access to Lange and Patek prices overseas, but given that the list price of a Patek 5196R in Australia is about AUD $23,500, and in Hawaii, it is USD $19,400 + 4.7% tax in Hawaii (about a total of AUD $20,400) so there is already a significant saving there. Other countries may also offer a bigger (maybe smaller) dealer discount but may also include tax, so please let me know what these might possibly be so I can take it into account Thanks all!
