Is the Patek Philippe Nautilus overpriced relative to peers?
Friends,I am interested in your opinions on whether the steel variant of the Patek Philippe Nautilus is overpriced relative to its peers from the equivalently perceived, skilled and reputed manufactures Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin.Patek Philippe Nautilus5711/1A |$24,800Audemars Piguet Royal Oak15400ST | $17,800; 28.2% cheaper relative to Patek Philippe equivalentVacheron Constantin Overseas4500V/110A | $19,900; 19.8% cheaper relative to Patek Philippe equivalentThe pricing gap between Patek Philippe's Nautilus and the Audemars Piguet and Vacheron Constantin equivalents is starker still when one considers the discounts available on pieces from the latter two, where none is generally available on the former.Whilst I note that one reason behind the elevated pricing is that Patek Philippe are able to enjoy strong demand and extended waiting lists at this price level - where their peers do not to the same extent and their lower pricing points - I would welcome your further thou
Patek 5396 vs Rolex BLRO
Hi guys, I just wanted to get a feel from the Patek community. I am considering either Patek 5396 vs BLRO. I know they are very different watches and serve different purposes. I already have a GMTII TT and SubC, so want to venture out to Patek. I spoke with someone at an AD (mistake? haha) and they did say that the Pateks in general are delicate than rolexes. How true is this? I know rolexes are tool watches and durable. I simply don't want to wait months for watch to be in service. In addition, I'm looking for a nice clean dress watch. The BLRO is very nice in person, and I don't want to spend money on both. Thoughts? As a background, I have to take my watch off all the time for work. I also don't want a watch to sit in a safe all the time. Thanks in advance.Other Pateks I am considering are 5205, 5146.

HelloAm new to this forum and would like to have some advise and honest opinion please:I am a male 47 yrs and am interested in purchasing Panerai Pam 689, the blue dial in 44mm but due to my small wrist measuring around 5.75 inches, am concerned if it would look good on me or else go for the Pam 688 42mmWhich is a better looking, Pam 688 or Pam 689 if price is not an issue? Please advise. ThanksAm attaching pic of the 689 which I wore on the Boutique. The strap is big for me but the manager told me that he would get me a shorter strapI haven't got the chance to see and try out the Pam 688
