Jacob & Co. Astronomia Tourbillon Watch
For 2014, Jacob & Co. returns with a rather amazing watch creation sure to impress everyone from traditional watch lovers to the public at large. Watch the video below of the new Astronomia Tourbillon and it is easy understand why "wow" is a typical response to this complex and very interesting horological creation. When and whether the Astronomia will actually be produced is another question, but even if the timepiece remains a digital video I would be happy at the creation of the mere concept.Jacob & Co. was one of the first watch makers to understand the power of "insane watch," that being a mechanical watch of epic complication meant solely to wow and impress in a manner akin to the tone and content of many rap music videos. These are designed to be "ultra-luxury lifestyle" watches for people who buy new yachts when they are bored and surfing eBay on their phone while waiting for their personal bankers to exit the toilet of the yacht they are currently sitting in. Is it too big?
The girl I'm seeing made a remark how she dislikes larger watches and she thought the 15407 was perfect on me. This made me have second thoughts about the fit of 44 on my wrist. I have a thin, but very flat wrist. Here is a profile shot. Bear in mind I'm on the 2nd hole from tightest on the XS strap.

Limited edition: better used with papers or grey bnib without?
Title says it all and I'd like your opinion: I've been on the hunt for a LE which does not frequently come up for sale, and located one in very nice condition. It is being sold by the second owner and was bought new from AD in 2011. This is a complete set, with all papers (although no remaining warranty, I believe).Simultaneously, there is a grey market website (for this exercise, assume the website is legit) which has one for sale BNIB, though it comes with boxes and manuals only. Any necessary warranty work would be covered by the grey dealer's warranty, not Breitling's. I would never use this outside warranty, probably sending the watch to BSC if I ever needed any work done. Furthermore, as the website states that the watch comes with boxes and manuals, I'm unsure if the LE certificate would be included, although I see no reason why it shouldn't, since they usually only remove the warranty card. The price difference between these watches would be $1350 (5150 bnib grey and 3800 used c
Got the Stainless Steel with Black Dial
They said there was a 2 year wait list on that watch.Went in there and told the Rolex clerk that we are going walk out with either 3 watches or 0. And next thing you know, they walked out with the stainless steel.
