Royal Oak for 40th?
Hello folksWriting in from India. I have the big 40th coming up and I've been looking at something special to mark the occasion. I have the opportunity of purchasing a new Royal Oak ref 15400 ST from an AD in India and was wondering if a white dial would be more versatile than the grey/ black dial one? The AD has the watch wrapped in cling film so it's hard for me to appreciate the true beauty of the White dial. Is the white suitable for both casual and formal occasions as opposed to the grey/ black?I'm getting a 20% discount from the AD in Delhi, which brings the price of the Royal Oak to about US$ 15,500. Is that a good deal?How does the AP hold up to daily wear. I believe it's quite a scratch magnet and while most of my time is spent at the desk, I'm worried about picking up scuffs on the bracelet. Blue dial the same across various models?
Was at the Boutique in Singapore the other day and was lucky enough to be able to see the 15202, 15400 and the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar in person. All of them are blue dials. However I noticed that the blue across these 3 models were slightly different. I aint sure if I am colorblind but the 15400 blue is a little greyish blue, both the 15202 and the perpetual calendar blue were dark blue, and very similar between the both of them. Can anyone shed any light on this? thank you for reading.adrian.

How to get the Royal Oak book ...
... if you live in a country where there's no AP Boutique in? Of course I don't expect to get one free of charge. I've already sent an email to the Prague AP Boutique to buy one from them and ship it here (Hungary) -- but no response. I'm quite surprised by that, since when I visited them last year, everyone was very kind and helpful.Maybe I should contact another European AP Boutique?

Should I sell either my Airking 116900 or Milgauss black for a new Submariner 116400.
I have finally located a new Submariner (no date ) at RRP and now have a dilemma whether to part with my Airking 116900 or Milgauss Black dial 116400. one has to go to finance the deal but am torn which one to shed.One part of me says keep the Milgauss as it look more of a dress watch and the Sub being a sports model. Any thoughts??
