I was passing by the TAG Heuer booth when I was summoned into the back by Mr. Jean-Claude Biver, for an impromptu chat about TAG's recently-announced partnership with Google and Intel to make a smartwatch. We didn't have the chance to get too in-depth before Mr. F.P. Journe popped his head into the room to say hello, accompanied by mega-collector Claude Sfeir. Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your input here. Over the last couple years I've built what I think is a nice stable of watches that I love and wear as circumstances allow. (you should be able to see in auto sig)Now that I feel as though I have most of the watches that I really want/need, I would like to shift my spending towards longer term value and collectibility. Just come back from my AD and was told as of Monday Patek are reducing prices by 10% !Given bought 5167 in summer 2013 and 5146g ( lucky that was with deep discount ) last year I feel abit annoyed but hey I have enjoyed the watches so guess just roll with it .At ��21700 Rrp the 5712a with tiny discount on top is looking very tempting :-)
