I recently received a copy of the Harrods Magazine which included a watch supplement.Apparently Harrods are selling a RO 40th Anniversary Grand Complication limited edition of one piece only.These are pics of the article below. I would have thought that AP would have auctioned off such a unique piece.
My first Omega! Seamaster AT 150M GMT Chronograph
Just wanted to say hello to everyone on the Omega Discussion Forum with my latest acquisition and first Omega! This watch has everything I need in a travel watch. I'm an attorney and travel frequently so both the GMT and the chrono (to keep track of billable time) will both be of frequent use! It's a shame this watch doesn't get much press and there are only a few articles about it online- mostly from when the watch was announced. I think it's a great value for the price. GMT, chronograph, in-house coaxial chronometer movement. I couldn't ask for much more, except perhaps being a bit thinner so it fits under my shirt cuffs better, but I can always order wider cuffs :). It will be taking significant wrist time from my other watches

Hi guys,Not long ago I flipped my 5712 that I dearly loved, to finance part of a very good investment, I had hesitated to sell the AP but decided to sell the PP as the AP had a very special number for me.So happy I did, it's been discontinued and seems they made less than 600, so it's quite limited and exclusive IMO, how many 5712 do you think have been made throughout the years? Probably much more but how many? around 5-6000? Anyone know how many were made each year? In any case as much as I loved my Patek getting it back will be way easier than a CE diver, plus the prices might soar due to unavailability��.

Walked pass a famous AD in Singapore Chinatown district, they only have two big displays and one is full with Daytonas, except the SS C of course. I didn't take too many photos since I'm afraid they will yell at me lol, some of the older staff here can be a bit on the rude side. But the other display is full of Daytonas TT and Subs TT as well. Again sorry for the bad pic, tried to take photo secretly. Zoom in ones
Bracelet swap out (Daytona 116520)
Recently I acquired a Daytona 116520. Due to the type of work I do and the fact I wear casual attire, I would like to swap out the polished center link bracelet with a brushed bracelet. I put my GMT II (BLNR) on a 78790 because I had one from my Explorer II, and absolutely love the way it looks/feels. I am wondering if there is a model of brushed bracelet that would lend well to the Daytona. Any thoughts or recommendations?Ive been lurking on TRF for a while, new to posting on the forum, been a watch enthusiast for years-Cheers from Minnesota,
