Leather shoes on vintage 806!
Hi, tried a croc leather strap on my vintage 1955 806, here goes, loving it!
Photos of new purchase.
Today I have had chance to take some photos of my new Aqua Terra 2012 Olympic Special Edition, which was a un-planned purchase after a visit to My AD to supposedlly cancel my long in coming Speedmaster. I just love Omega watches and every time I go near them I have to buy one!!!!! Hope you enjoy them. Alan
5711 offers
I've had a few different offers for my 5711/1a Blue, I'm curious what you all think is a good number to take. I had one for 37.5 which feel through and I have a solid one for 32.5 and 35.Thanks.
Can you wear your Rolex to the gas station?
Might wearing your Rollie to the gas station, with all the vapors, cause damage to the movement and possibly case?
Collection is Growing: New Tudor
Well, I finally took the plunge on my very first diver this past week. After daily wearing my trusty DJII for the past two years or so, I decided it was time to add something new to the collection. The DJII is a great all-around watch. It's suitable for almost any occasion, wearing well with anything from jeans to a suit. It will always be one of my favorite pieces in my collection, being my very first acquisition (not to mention that beautiful blue sunburst dial). One should be content with having such a beautiful piece as their one and only, but hanging around this forum is a bad influence. Meet my new Tudor Black Bay Blue. Pictures really don't do this reference justice. I know many are fans of the ETA version, but for some reason, I just prefer the straight line text and love the thought of the new in-house movement. This one is definitely a keeper:
