Apple Watch Sales Begin In Switzerland, The Heart Of Luxury Watchmaking
On June 26, 2015, the Apple Watch has been made available in seven new markets including, you guessed it, watchmaking country, Switzerland. It is fresh news, but it also gives us a chance to discuss the interesting Swiss trademark issue that potentially related to the introduction of the?Apple Watch in Switzerland. There are conflicting reports about the precise nature of the issue but if some news reports were true then Apple has to deal with a potentially conflicting and per-existing "Apple Watch" trademark in Switzerland. Some guessed that this was expected to be a?considerable obstacle for Apple to overcome before a possible launch?of the Watch in the country. We also take a quick look?at?how the Apple Watch was?received in the home of horology, and the impact it has?already had?on it.The Apple Watch was first made available as much?as two months ago, on April 24th C but, ironically, Switzerland was not?among the nine?countries that were given access to the first shipments. I need some 44mm ROO input guys...
I am in a quandary over the ROO 44mm in ceramic with the anthracite dial! To begin, I have ALWAYS thought this piece was killer ever since I first saw the pictures of it upon it's release. Now, with some of the members buying them and (kindly I might add) sharing wrist shots of them...I find myself obsessed. I have yet to see one in person, but honestly with all these terrific wrist shots...I feel like I have! Now let's back up 6-7 months ago and let me state I did already own the ROO 44mm ceramic but the one with the black dial. I actually bought the piece pre-owned (only one I have ever seen as such by the way) and therefore was able to wear it and move on without getting killed. To me though, the black dial ceramic piece and the forged carbon piece looked too similar and as such I couldn't see the $6-7K price difference between the two. However this anthracite dial watch is a whole different animal! So I know you guys that have picked one up obviously love it other wise you wouldn't

Incoming - My New Favorite Personal Jeweler Came Through
I guess I have developed a great relationship with one of the Personal Jeweler , that's her official title at a SoCal AD near my work. She's the same person who back in December offered me a BLNR and said they are really hard to come by, at that time I thought that she was just making up a story to get me to buy the watch. I did like the BLNR that day but didn't pull the trigger. I came back a week after for it but she said their security guard bought the BLNR. I completely regretted that I hesitated in buying the watch. I told my Personal Jeweler to call me as soon as they get another BLNR in stock. So my PJ calls me up a couple of days later saying that her boss won't add me to the waiting list because I don't have a transaction history with their store. I was like fine there are other ADs in the area, I'll just try my luck there. I've been visiting 3 ADs in my area for about a month without any luck. One AD wanted 50% down payment with about 4-6weeks ETA, I didn't like tha
