1995 Royal Oak Moon Phase
Hi just signed up hoping someone could helpI own a number of timepieces but not an AP I have seen a Royal Oak and love the particular model above, I have seen one on a jewellery acution site which has the following issue Quick day and date set are not currently functioning. When using the crown to change the day and date, the date currently changes but the day does not. Day set will require attention.I believe the watch may have previously been sold as I looked back in the auction archive and have found either the same watch or a different watch with the same issue, I have made the assumption someone brought it and either couldn't remedy the issue or did not want to pay for the repair. I'm not put off but would love someone to have a guess at the repair bill ?500- ?1k? Really appreciate feedback thanksLee

Ap panda serie G should I get it?
So I'm really considering getting an Roo panda serie G it's definitely a beauty. I was considering getting the new grey dial but It's more because of the little upgrade like the caseback and ceramic button but I start thinking that it's still the same movement so my main concern now is if I get the series G panda is it considered too old? Will it be fine to swim or if it happens to get wet or what should be concern of? Do you guys think i should rather get the newer models? Hey i just bought a used Breitling Mark VI with a Blue Dial. To me its the most beatiful breitling watch ever. Anyone know why Breitling Discontiued the Mark Series?.I bought it used for $3900. I Took it to Breitling For Service. Cost Another $1200 With Complete Overhaul, 2 Links and a New Cristal.Glad i bought it used. I can only image this watch used to cost $14,000 Brand New.

Authentic Watches vs. AD which way to go?
Hello, I am in the market for a new Omega speedmaster, specifically the ladies 38mm version. Authentic Watches sells the watch for about $2000.00 less than my AD. Other than price is there an advantage in purchasing the watch from Authentic Watches? Are they an authorized dealer and do they carry the Omega warranty? If not is the Omega warranty null and void if they work on the watch? I don't want to be in a position where I pay less on the front end but more on the back end. Any insight, and recommendations, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,Hoops10
