Gustafsson & Sj?gren Damascus Vile Watch & Oden Knife Set
This is the set that should have been for a while now. Swedish watch maker Gustafsson & Sj?gren (GoS) will soon release this limited edition watch and knife set. Johan Gustafsson is actually a bladesmith who specializes in creating beautiful Damascus steel. His work has been transformed into watch cases and dial in the GoS brand, but now you can get one of their watches and knives together in a beautiful set.Artisan type work with this aesthetic is either something you love or hate. You can't deny the incredible level of detail and work that goes into creating the complex patterns of this type of folded and then blacksmithed metal. What I really like is that between the knife and watch you get a range of different Damascus steel styles and patterns. The set really does include a large range of GoS's capabilities. Alain Silberstein iKrono Watch
This isn't a brand new release (still pretty fresh though) from French watch maker Alain Silberstein - and it is one of my favorites. Sort of like his take on the Bell & Ross BR01 instrument watch look and style. Best of is that I got to check some iKrono watches out last month in person. A square case in titanium with an elevated round dial. The case is available in a micro-grain finish (sort of like sandblasted) and also with black PVD coating. Alain Silberstein further uses a special silicium anti-stain treatment. This is a really good addition when dealing with things like finger oils and such. The cases don't really smudge when you touch them. I love the machine-like presentation, though it is softened by smooth bolts on the case and the overall smooth edges all over the case and surfaces. This gives it a more cartoon line, friendly look.? The watch isn't small either being 47mm wide (BR01 is 46mm wide) and 20mm tall. A really great look on your wrist if you ask me - very char

I could be missing the listings (unlikely!), but where have all the top gun navitimer models gone (multi-colored dials)...I was in the market for a navi 3 months ago and they seemed to be all over the place, around $3k a pop...not anymore?! Did I miss the boat??

Before Basel World 2018, I thought D-Blue was no more and thought about getting one as it might be a collector item...Well, the new D-Blue is out, what does that mean? Is it not as limited or hard to get after all?
