For the time being anyone who subscribed to aBlogtoRead got all the new watches-dealer content, but we aren't totally convinced it will remain that way after November 2012. You know how these things are.To be safe, those who want to continue to received watches-dealer articles via e-mail each day should use the form below to resubscribe. In the event there is an issue and you are double subscribed, you can always unsubscribe (link at the bottom of the incoming e-mails).Enter your email address: Those of you who read watches-dealer via RSS also may need to update their feeds. AP Bracelets Styles
Hey all,I've been looking to get a AP Dual Time 26120ST and noticed that there are 2 different types of bracelets - One with the AP logo and the other style with the full name, reference pics attached. Both are F series and full box and papers from a reputable local dealer. There are various pictures with both types of bracelets on chrono24 too.Is there a specific year that the bracelet was updated? Since both series are the same F series, possible that the bracelet was replaced?Any difference in feel and finish? Thanks in advance!
Any 5164R owners?
Curious if the strap is brown or black? Also are the pushers stiffer? Tempting piece for sure...luring me back into a 5164 ownership...

I purchased a X serial TT few months ago, the warranty certificate that came with the watch has only the AD name on it but no date or owner so does not help much in dating the watch for the period correctness. I used the charts and reference library to get a rough idea of the period of each code I found:Case Serial code: X4..... The dates of the booklets are 2 years earlier than the calendar cards, is that normal? The clasp is 2 years younger than the watch, but taking
Replacing a bracelet
I was just wondering if there are places to buy the new style oyster bracelet for submariners as a replacement if they were to break or be too worn down, or if the service centres can do them. Thanks.
