Running Time: Olympic Hero Usain Bolt Gets His Own Hublot Watch
Jamaican sprinter Usain “Lightning” Bolt became known as the world’s fastest man back in 2008, when he won a gold medal and set new Olympic records at the summer games in Beijing. Now, as Bolt prepares to defend his title this year in London, he will have his own personalized Hublot watch to record his lap times: the King Power Usain Bolt.The new watch, which was designed in collaboration with the Olympic athlete and contains Hublot’s HUB4100 chronograph movement, incorporates several signature elements that are representative of Bolt. On the dial, a silhouette of Bolt in his recognizable sprint pose is applied in anthracite gray transfer atop a black background in the small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock. In the 12-hour chronograph subdial at 6 o’clock, the numbers and indices are in the green color of the Jamaican flag. Here we go again. So a while back i posted a thread asking a 26320OR owner with a short bracelet to meet up with me so i can try on the watch to see how it felt. A stainless 39mm owner met up with me and i pulled the trigger on the 26320OR on bracelet. Now i want to see if there is a 26401 owner with a SHORT RUBBER STRAP that wants to meet me so i can feel the weight of the watch/how it feels on my wrist. I keep hearing that changing the strap of the watch from regular to short makes a significant difference on how it sits/feels/it's top heavy weight. If anyone is up for it i'm willing to meet you at the AP Boutique and take you to lunch after. ANYONE? ANYONE?!?!?!?!?EDIT: Anyone with a 44 & 42 ROO that has a picture of them side by side on a desk/floor? The 44 bug got me in Miami this weekend at the AP Master Watchmaking Class :(

Anyone else curious about a Rubber strap for SD43
I know, I absolutely enjoy the bracelet on my SD43 and don't think I'd end up putting on a Rubber strap...but, I am curious to see what they do with it as it's taking a while for it to get released. Wonder if it'll have a special striping or something similar to what I've seen for the D-blue. So far, I haven't seen anything from Everest or RubberB, though RubberB at least has the watch on the website.

Well here's the story. I live in North Dakota and there isn't a single AD in the entire state. Back in September/October I started to get the itch for a new watch and decided it would be the 116610LV. I've bought a few watches from TS's on this forum but for this one I wanted to buy from an AD and not pay over MSRP. So i started calling around. Closest AD is in Billings, MT +/-4 hour drive and they did not have one and wait list was 5-6 people deep already. Tried a few in the Denver area +/- 9 hour drive, no luck. Minneapolis, same story. Then I decided to try the Indianapolis area. I had two trips planned to go to Indy for Colts games, October and December. Didn't get anywhere with the first couple AD's, then I found one that said they had just sold this particular watch and they had a wait list of 4 people but if I were to put a deposit down that day I'd be moved to the top of the list. I did exactly that putting down 30% in early October. Sales rep said he was expecting
