This week thanks to Montblanc North America, we had two pretty spectacular timepieces from the very highest end of the Montblanc horological ecosystem in the office. Substantial Damage Repair
Hello,Has anyone had any experience with having substantial damage repaired by Patek? Say, for example, a lug was hit extremely hard (enough to essentially chip the steel away) and I wanted Patek to repair it. What sort of cost and time frame shall I expect? I recall Chasseur has had some damage laser repaired but this is more than a scratch, this is a lug completely deformed. I would appreciate any insight. Luckily, I have the watch insured.
