Introducing: The Panerai Lo Scienziato Luminor 1950 Tourbillon GMT Titanio
Panerai has released their hero piece for SIHH 2016, and we were not disappointed. The watch is a very cool skeletonized tourbillon GMT, the Lo Scienziato Luminor 1950 Tourbillon GMT in titanium.   1 OF 3 The watch you see here is 47mm in diameter, made using the new technique of Direct Laser Sintering, which allows for the case to be extremely light (the movement only weighs 23 grams). Direct Laser Sintering is the 3D printing of .02 mm layers that are welded together to create a full form. The movement used is the manual-winding P.2005/T, which Panerai’s in-house movement used in the previous Lo Scienziato skeletonized watches. The new laser process allows for the watch to weigh 35% less than the P.2005/S movement. Additionally the sapphire crystal case back allows you to see the movement and power reserve (which is 144 hours). 2 OF 3 Pricing and more pictures to follow. Tried on the new AP ROO Navy - thoughts?
What do you think? Tried this on in Selfridges...the navy strap wasn't on it (I think they didn't want it to get damaged/used or something). I'm trying to think about my next purchase to diversify my collection - right now I only have the Sub Date C. I am also considering a Nautilus 5711 blue dial, but I have yet to be able to try this on! Trying to think about what I would wear most...the Patek would fly under the radar at least, the ROO - not so much (though it probably better fits with my style). This ROO retails for ?19k here in London, but it looks like TRF sellers can get it to me for around ?13k.

Opinions on this Vintage Sea Master...
I am hoping that some vintage Omega experts will chime in here. I am not really an Omega guy, so I would not know about this Sea Master. Is it even real? Looks to be quite old, but I am just guessing. Can anyone shed any light on this? It still runs, but will need some TLC. If you lightly shake it, you can here something in there moving. Seamaster Pro 300 Bracelet
Just picked up a midsize 2252.50 Seamaster. I like the (speedmaster style) bracelet, but the clasp is very big. I'm thinking of trying to change to an older seamaster bracelet, will any omega 18mm end pieces work?Does anyone have a photo of a Seamaster pro with a black leather strap? This may be another option for me (thinking horween)...
