Watches NEWS
Hands-On: The Cle de Cartier Women's Collection
It is not news that Cartier released their new collection, Clé de Cartier, earlier this year. HODINKEE actually did a wonderful review on the men's collection in February – however I want to further explore the women’s pieces in the collection. 1 OF 11 You may have noticed that women’s watches are having a moment. With brands focusing the majority of their marketing towards attracting female buyers, women are wearing watches more than ever. Additionally, fashion editorials are featuring wristwatches in more advertisements and accessory spreads than in previous years, and not just women’s watches, men's watches – think pink-gold AP Royal Oaks and Panerais. 2 OF 11 Cartier is one of the most influential and recognizable brands in the industry and has a rich history of producing classic women’s watches. Considering a Speedmaster Broad Arrow
Looking to buy a Broad Arrow, this one to be exact. I can't find any AD's in my area with it in stock, and of course if they order it they don't want to discount it. Any recommendations on good grey market dealers or AD's? Called alanfurman and they said $3600 and that the watch would come with the warranty card from the AD they purchased from so the Omega warranty would be valid. Is this true? Is this a good price for this watch? Thanks for any help, I've been buying Rolex's lately and am a little out of touch on the Omega's.
Let's see your Black Bay on anything other than OEM strap or bracelet

New guy with a service question
New guy here. I've been reading the forum for a little while and slowly coming up to speed on a few things not the least of which is the jargon! I think I've figured out some, the others will come in time.Anyway, I bought myself a Submariner in 1988 and save for a few exceptions, it hasn't been off my wrist for more than a couple of days since purchasing.Last service was 1999, and the receipt shows a cost from the Rolex Service Center of $350. I wish that were still the case. I'm working toward sending it off again as it is losing some time and I assume that the lubricants could stand a refreshing. My questions if anyone cares to answer...The bezel on the watch is scratched in the vicinity of the pearl resulting in the top area of the triangle surrounding the pearl has lost it's silver paint. I'm considering replacing the bezel and wonder if anyone might know the cost involved and additionally if the newer ceramic bezel I've been reading about is an option for the replacement on an olde
