Watches NEWS
BEST FROM: watches-dealer & Friends June 5, 2015
This month, we once again?have the pleasure of checking out?an eclectic mix of mechanical timepieces. To begin, there's Cabestan's wild Triple Axis Tourbillon watch, Bovet's distinctive Amadeo Virtuoso VII Retrograde Perpetual Calendar watch, and a new version of De Bethune DB25QP Perpetual Calendar watch.Moving on, we have noticed that after many years of large watches, it seems that smaller and more modestly-sized watches are in vogue now. The question, however, is are you man enough to wear a smaller watch? And with Star Wars opening at the end of this year, we imagine how some Star Wars watches would look if they were made by popular Swiss brands.Apple's new smart watch is a different and special kind of watch, and so it warrants a long-term review to accurately reflect its?capabilities. So, this month, we begin?our roundup with another look at the Apple Watch after having spent?a month with it. Is it really useful? And can it replace our trusty mechanical watches? Read the finding
AP 15202 purchase possibly
I really fallen in love with this model. I do not currently own any AP. In the past I have bought only Rolex at least recently due to depreciation and durability. I am seriously considering making this my next purchase , the 15202... all white or blue, whichever I can see locallly... can anybody please weigh in on the durability of these watches? I really read up on them and it seems like the Crown does not screw in, so does that mean this watch is not watertight? .. is this a delicate wash or is adorable enough to where at least during rainstorms for when I walk a dog? Ha ha. I have concerns over durability just because I have never owned anything from this maker .. I tend to compare everything to Rolex, which holds value, doesn't too greatly depreciate, and is pretty durable.. at least sports models. Has anyone been disappointed in buying a 15202.. i've searched through a lot of reviews on here and I've only seen positive feedback. I am just wondering about people's thoughts on
Any info on AP's Next Gen 42mm ROOs ??
The current 42mm ROO models ( Panda, Navy, Safari etc ) IMO are in need of a refreshing. What will be the chance that new successor models will appear in 2014 SIHH? My wishlist will include more colors, FC and ceramic cases, in-house movement, a back display, option for pin buckle and lume. I am actually holding back buying a 3rd AP waiting for this. I am not sure what is AP product cycle. Perhaps those with more knowledge and experience collection AP can share?
Seamaster 300M GMT
Anyone selling this watch? I am interested in buying!
