Skeleton 15407 Question
Just wanted to get the forums opinion on having both the RG and SS in the same colllection? Is it redundant? Is it perfect? Which one would you keep if you were only going to keep or buy one?
Any Love for Seamaster 120M?
Hello,I bought this watch new back in 2000. It's a 2311.81, blue dial with 18c bezel and links. It has been may daily ever since.Anyway, I just bought a new watch and I'm not a collector. I just haven't decided whether to sell it or not.I thought it would be easy to let it go.Any thoughts? Thanks,TW
Thinking about buying a Cosmic
Hey all,I'm thinking about buying a late 1960s Seamaster Cosmic. The case serial number is 166.026. And movement 565. Do you all have any advice? Or can you tell me anything about it? It's all gold plated - even the back. I'm either gonna get the Cosmic or a Seamaster De Ville. Thanks
5110P vs 3940G?
Hi everyone,After several modern Pateks, I am looking to add a more vintage looking piece. My budget is $40K. I am looking right now at 5110P or 3940G, which are somewhat similarly priced. What would be your recommendation? Or do you have other suggestions? I do have a calendar Patek (AC 5205G) but I guess the PC wouldn't be too much overlap. Greatly appreciate any advice. Also, I would be grateful if someone could PM a good and not too overpriced 2nd hand dealer in the US who might have any of these watches. Thanks so much!
