Adding Links on a Speedmaster?
I'm looking at adding a link to my Speedy. In looking at the links there are arrows which I'm assuming is the direction you push the pins out. I'm again assuming you put them back the way they came out. Is there a trick to doing this, I can't find any link with instructions, or should I take it to a watchmaker and pay the $20????
My biggest regret of the weekend.....
I didn't get a wrist shot with Thierry Stern!! Met him, talked to him, took a picture with him, told him I loved the new direction with some of the more larger modern 42 mm sized Patek's. He checked out my 5905 and like a dumbass I forgot to ask for a wrist shot. But I did manage to get some great pics with some of the others that were in attendance:Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Watch hunt, and how exactly can I see the 5711 in the flesh!?
I travel very often, and every single Patek Philippe boutique I have been to does not have a Nautilus. They are always sold in the pack as soon as they come to customers that have reserved it.I really need to see how the watch wears on my 6.25 wrists, and if it sings to me.I have ruled out the Aquanaut even though I like it a lot, because the Nautilus simply looks so much better to me(in pics). The AP lugs don't seem to rest well on my wrists, and I am told that the Nautilus should fit like a glove. How exactly does one go about trying this watch on before a purchase?
First Panerai Incoming
Good evening,Made my first big watch purchase last year with Rolex TT SUB. Love the watch. However walking through Panerai I saw the 389 and couldn't resist. Very happy with my first Panerai purchase and happy to join the club.
